Asphalt being applied to restaurants, schools and hospitals during peak hours? With hardly any complaints?

It’s true. But only when you use TruLo® Type I through IV asphalts featuring our patented low fuming technology. We’ve taken our already

high-performing standard built-up roofing asphalts and added a technologically advanced polymer to their composition. When heated, the polymer floats to the surface and creates a skim layer on the kettle that traps the fumes and odor inside – without affecting the asphalt or disrupting kettle operation.

Trumbull researchers have also developed similar polymers that are an integral part of our PermaMop® modified roofing asphalt. All part of how we use Applied Innovation™ to better address your biggest needs – like reducing odor.
