Asphalt being applied to restaurants, schools and hospitals during peak hours? With hardly any complaints?
Its true. But only when you use TruLo® Type I through IV asphalts featuring our patented low fuming technology. Weve taken our already
high-performing standard built-up roofing asphalts and added a technologically advanced polymer to their composition. When heated, the polymer floats to the surface and creates a skim layer on the kettle that traps the fumes and odor inside without affecting the asphalt or disrupting kettle operation.
Trumbull researchers have also developed similar polymers that are an integral part of our PermaMop® modified roofing asphalt. All part of how we use Applied Innovation to better address your biggest needs like reducing odor.
